Kalman & Company, Inc. seeks an experienced Program Manager to lead a DoD logistics, engineering, and readiness program supporting CBD IPE Readiness Improvement and related Navy initiatives.
The role directs large, multidisciplinary teams across 16 Navy-supported sites and ensures compliance with DoD requirements. The ideal candidate brings deep Navy shipboard engineering, alteration installations, and enterprise workforce management experience, with a track record in complex DoD program
