Job Description:
Consult as an expert to develop or influence initiatives and resources for highly complex business and technical needs across Business Execution. Consult on the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas, delivering solutions that are long-term, large-scale and require vision, creativity, innovation, and advanced analytical and inductive thinking.
Seeking a strategic and execution-focused expert to lead the development and delivery of new capabilities on the nCino Bank Operating System, supporting Commercial Banking (CB) and Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) loan origination processes. This role is central to our transformation efforts to digitize and streamline end-to-end workflows, improve operational efficiency, and ensure regulatory compliance across lending operations.
Key Qualifications:
Proven experience building and launching products from concept to market.
Strong ability to identify customer needs and translate them into product requirements and user experiences.
Experience leading cross-functional teams in Agile environments.
Excellent stakeholder management, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Financial services, lending, or fintech experience preferred. xzgxqkn
