Join a collaborative, high-performing team with Pediatrix® Medical Group and make a meaningful impact on neonatal care across a leading health system in beautiful coastal Jacksonville.
⭐ Position Highlights
Neonatal Hospitalist role with a mix of 16–24‑hour shifts for optimal work–life balance
Provide care in both Level II NICUs and normal newborn nurseries
Attend deliveries (no transport responsibilities)
Practice spans four hospitals , two in the St. Vincent’s Health System and two with HCA Hospitals
Will be assigned to one of the two healthcare systems
Work with a strong, collegial team of: 6 Neonatologists
1 Pediatrician
16 Advanced Practice Providers
Enjoy a role that values autonomy , supported by a combination of in-house and on-call neonatologist coverage
