Job description
i4 Search Group seeks a Director of the Intensive Care Unit (Neonatal ICU Director) RN for El Paso, TX. This full-time role leads critical care operations, budget planning, and quality initiatives in the ICU with a focus on safety and patient outcomes.
You will supervise staff, develop multidisciplinary collaboration, monitor budgets, and drive capital planning to maintain top-level care. BLS/ACLS and an RN license are required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
