Job description
TEEMA Solutions Group is seeking a Neonatal ICU Director for a regional medical center in El Paso, TX. This role involves 24-hour operational accountability for the NICU, Transition Nursery, and Transport program, alongside developing budget projections and ensuring staff competency.
The ideal candidate will have a BSN (Master’s preferred), current RN licensure in Texas, and certifications in BLS, NRP, and S.T.A.B.L.E. The position is full-time on a day shift with rotating weekends.
