Job description
Bon Secours Mercy Health in Petersburg, VA seeks a Clinical Unit Leader (Lead RN/Charge Nurse) to coordinate patient care on a designated unit and collaborate with the Clinical Manager to ensure exceptional nursing practice and patient experience. Your leadership will guide staff, optimize resources, and promote safety and quality.
