Join ChristianaCare’s Nurse Residency Summer 2027 Neonatal ICU Track and launch your nursing career in a high-acuity, family-centered environment. Under the guidance of experienced NICU preceptors, you’ll provide evidence-based care to premature and critically ill newborns, perform assessments, administer medications, and support families through complex hospital stays.
