Job description
Join ChristianaCare’s Nurse Residency Summer 2027 Neonatal ICU Track and launch your nursing career in a high-acuity, family-centered environment. Under the guidance of experienced NICU preceptors, you’ll provide evidence-based care to premature and critically ill newborns, perform assessments, administer medications, and support families through complex hospital stays. The structured residency includes classroom learning, simulation, and clinical rotations, with strong mentorship and regular feedback.
