Job description
Medical City Healthcare is seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our NICU team within our Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this role, you will provide advanced respiratory care to neonates, including ventilator management, respiratory assessments, and emergency interventions. You will collaborate closely with neonatologists, nurses, and other specialists to deliver evidence-based, family-centered care. Responsibilities include monitoring patient progress, documenting treatments, and educating families. Ideal candidates hold appropriate licensure, have NICU or pediatric experience, strong critical-thinking skills, and a commitment to high-quality, compassionate care.
