Job description
Progeny HR Solutions LLC is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Director to lead the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit in Denver, Colorado. This full-time role oversees care delivery, drives quality initiatives, and partners with an interdisciplinary team to implement person-centered care models.
The ideal candidate will have a BSN, an MSN or other advanced degree preferred, and at least five years in acute care nursing with three years in a supervisory capacity.
