Job description
Sierra Medical Center in El Paso seeks a per diem Acute Hospital NICU Occupational Therapist to deliver specialized, evidence-based care to premature and medically fragile infants. In this role, you will perform developmental and feeding assessments, design individualized treatment plans, and provide family training to support safe, nurturing care at home. You will collaborate closely with neonatologists, nurses, and allied health professionals, document care in the EMR, and contribute to discharge planning, quality, and safety initiatives within a compassionate, patient-first environment.
