Job description
The Nemours Neonatology team in Wilmington, Delaware seeks an experienced Neonatal Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a busy Level IV NICU. The unit will expand to 46 beds with 14 new rooms in 2026, offering a comprehensive care environment and a strong interdisciplinary team.
Roles require neonatal NP/PA experience, relevant licensure and certifications (BLS/NRP/NNP or PA-C), and a willingness to rotate shifts including holidays.
