Job description
Mercyhealth is seeking a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to join the Level III NICU in Rockford, Illinois. You will deliver advanced, evidence-based care to critically ill and premature newborns alongside neonatologists, nurses, and multidisciplinary teams.
This role offers rotating day/night shifts, a sign-on bonus, and comprehensive benefits. EPIC EMR experience preferred; collaboration across subspecialties is essential to improve outcomes for fragile infants.
