Job description
Nemours Children's Health is recruiting an experienced Neonatal Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our expanding NICU in Wilmington, Delaware. The unit will grow to 46 beds with 14 new inpatient rooms in 2026, offering a supportive, high-tech environment for caring for newborns.
Our NICU is Level IV, with access to neonatologists, pediatric surgeons, and specialists across the network. Expect rotating shifts, holiday commitments, and a comprehensive benefits package including CME
