Responsibilities
Join a collaborative, high-performing team with Pediatrix® Medical Group and make a meaningful impact on neonatal care across a leading health system in beautiful coastal Jacksonville.
Position Highlights
Full-time NNP role with a mix of 16–24-hour shifts for optimal work–life balance
Part-time positions available
Provide care in both Level II NICUs and normal newborn nurseries
Attend deliveries (no transport responsibilities)
Practice spans four hospitals, two in the St. Vincent's Health System and two with HCA Hospitals
NNPs will be assigned to a specific healthcare system
Work with a strong, collegial team of 6 Neonatologists, 1 Pediatrician, and 16 Advanced Practice Providers
Enjoy a role that values autonomy, supported by a combination of in-house and on-call neonatologist coverage

Qualifications
Current APRN national specialty certification as an NNP
Minimum of a master's degree
Minimum of 1 year of experience
