Join Our Neonatal Team at Winnie Palmer Hospital - Orlando, FL
Pediatrix® Medical Group is seeking a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) to become part of our nationally recognized neonatology team-ranked #26 nationally in the neonatology specialty by U.S. News & World Report.

High-Volume, High-Acuity Experience: Care for 1,900 babies annually in a state-of-the-art, 142-bed NICU with Level II, III, and IV units in the same tower , among the largest and most advanced in the country.
Collaborative, Expert Team: Work alongside 25 neonatologists and 7 NNPs in a practice recognized for leadership and excellence.
Cutting-Edge Care: Exposure to complex cases through Winnie Palmer's Fetal Care Center , including EXIT procedures and a dedicated Women's ICU.
Comprehensive Support: RN/RT teams assist with delivery room coverage, transports, and PICC line management.
Professional Growth: Access advanced training in POCUS and Neonatal Hemodynamics , plus academic opportunities at this Neonatal Fellowship site .
Schedule: Flexible 12-hour day and night shifts designed to support work-life balance. Full-time and Part-time schedules available. Option to rotate to the affiliated Level II NICUs in the market in Lake Mary and Clermont.
