Job description
Overview
Per Diem Opportunity to join dynamic neonatology practice in Austin, TX.
Responsibilities
Provide neonatal care to infants in Level I, II, III, and IV NICUs.
Attend to patients in St. David’s Healthcare System and other hospitals in the Austin area.
Perform medical services including HFOV, nitric oxide, and total body cooling.
Assist with robust NICU surgical services and developmental follow up clinic.
Collaborate with neonatologists, pediatricians, and other nurse practitioners.
Employment Details
Flexible scheduling with 12- and 24-hour shifts.
Level III and Level IV units staffed by in-house neonatologists.
Strong MFM and pediatric sub-specialty support.
Qualifications
Current APRN national specialty certification.
Minimum master’s degree.
Active Texas license or compact state license.
