Per Diem NNP - Level III and Newborn Nursery - 12-Hour Shifts

Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking an experienced Per Diem Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) ,Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) , orPediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP) to join our dynamic team atWellington Regional Medical Center . This is a unique opportunity to support both ourNewborn Nursery and expandingLevel III NICU , while enjoying the lifestyle and amenities of one of South Florida's most desirable communities.

Your Role at a Glance

Schedule : 12-hour shifts, rotating weekends

Staffing Model :4.5 Neonatologists providing 24/7 in-house coverage

2.3 mid-level providers covering NICU during the day

1.5 mid-level providers covering the newborn nursery during daytime hours

Responsibilities :Care for full-term and late preterm infants in the newborn nursery

Attend high-risk deliveries

Oversee daily responsibilities in the nursery

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based care
