Stand-Alone Children's Hospital Minutes from Sanibel Island
Responsibilities
Pediatrix® Medical Group is seeking a dedicated Neonatologist to join our collaborative team at Golisano Children’s Hospital in Fort Myers, Florida— a state‑of‑the‑art facility and the region’s only stand‑alone children’s hospital.

Level III NICU Excellence: Provide care in a 70‑bed, cutting‑edge facility designed for the highest level of neonatal care.
High-Volume, High-Impact: Support a health system with 7,000 annual deliveries across two hospitals.
Comprehensive Coverage: Attend in the Level III NICU and support Level I well‑baby care at Cape Coral Hospital.
Collaborative Team: Join 10 neonatologists and 10 NNPs , with 24/7 in‑house NNP coverage and in‑house call.
Full Subspecialty Access: All pediatric subspecialties available (except cardiovascular surgery and ECMO).
Family‑Centered Care: Embrace a developmentally sensitive, family‑focused model.
Growth & Research: Opportunities for clinical research and participation in a robust quality improvement program .
