Neonatologist Position - Dayton, OH

Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking full-time, board-certified or board-eligible Neonatologists to join our well-established and highly respected team at Dayton Children’s Hospital—home to the region’s premier Level IIIB Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. This neonatology opportunity offers the chance to practice in a nationally recognized NICU within a collaborative, community‑based environment that values clinical excellence, teamwork, and work‑life balance as a neonatologist.

Neonatologist Position Highlights

Dayton Children’s Hospital houses the region’s most comprehensive Level IIIB NICU, caring for more than 800 premature and critically ill newborns annually

32 private NICU rooms supported by state‑of‑the‑art neonatal technology

Exceptional outcomes, including a 99% survival rate

Expanding NICU program seeking dedicated neonatologists eager to make a meaningful impact for infants and their families
