Job description

Neonatologist - Endowed Chair Research Scientist at Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC)

Job Description

AMN Healthcare is partnering with the Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC) to recruit a nationally engaged Neonatology physician‑scientist for a senior faculty leadership role anchored by the Jean and George W. Brumley Jr. Endowed Chair in Neonatology. This opportunity is designed for a physician who wants to shape the next era of neonatal research while practicing within a high‑acuity, high‑volume Level IV Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU).

As the only comprehensive academic children’s health system in South Carolina, MUSC provides a statewide referral base, robust telehealth infrastructure, and a diverse patient population that fuels meaningful clinical, translational, and outcomes research. This is a platform built for scale, influence, and sustained academic impact.
