CompHealth is seeking a Neonatologist to join a physician-led NICU team in Las Cruces, NM, offering a flexible schedule with clinical duties for half the month and a collaborative 2-Neonatologist model with 24/7 NNP support.
The ideal candidate will manage an average daily census of 5–7 patients in a major trauma center NICU and enjoy growth opportunities, with our recruiters assisting in salary negotiations and licensing processes.
