Job description
Javon Bea Hospital - Rockford, IL is seeking a qualified Neonatologist to provide comprehensive medical care to neonates in a Level III NICU.
The ideal candidate will be proficient in neonatal resuscitation and advanced life support, with strong communication skills to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team. The role includes participating in quality improvement initiatives, supporting nursing staff, and ensuring exceptional care for critically ill infants.
This position offers a competitive salary range of $315,000 to $335,000 along with a comprehensive benefits package.
