Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Neonatologist to join a collaborative neonatal care team in Riverdale, Georgia . This is an excellent opportunity to provide high-quality care in a Level III NICU with a supportive physician-led team and a balanced 1-week-on / 1-week-off schedule .\ N
Compensation$100–$125per hour\ N
$2,400+ per shift
\ NOpportunity Highlights Level III NICU licensed for 25–30 beds
\ N Average daily census: 8–10 patients
\ N Full range of gestational ages, excluding surgery and ECMO
\ N Advanced ventilatory support with nitric oxide capabilities
\ N Participation in high-risk deliveries
\ N 7 days on / 7 days off schedule
\ N Opportunity to pick up additional or bundled shifts

\ N Attend high-risk deliveries and perform neonatal resuscitation as needed
\ N Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and multidisciplinary care teams

\ N Provide evidence-based,high-quality neonatal care
\ N Qualifications Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine
\ N Strong NICU clinical experience
\ N Excellent communicationand interpersonal skills
