We have an exciting opportunity for a BC/BE Neonatologist to join our established practice at Mercy Hospital in Oklahoma City . Come and notice the difference working with Pediatrix!
About The Role
Provide Coverage at 2 Level III NICUs:Mercy Hospital Oklahoma City, a 43‑bed NICU with an ADC of 29
Norman Regional Hospital, a 26‑bed NICU with an ADC of 14.
Robust Sub‑specialty and MFM support
Services include HFOV and jet ventilators
Work-Life Balance Focused
24-hour shifts taken out-of-house – call is taken from home for maximum flexibility.
24/7 NNP support
Work approximately 10 shifts per month
Collegial, Private Practice Environment
Join a tenured staff of neonatologists in our 6 physician practice

Competitive Compensation & Incentives
Starting salary range starting at $265,000 with annual salary increases.
First-year guaranteed bonus paid out in monthly installments.
Year-end annual bonus eligibility
