Capital Health Medical Center–Hopewell invites a Board‑Certified/Board‑Eligible Neonatologist to join our high-performing, collaborative team of seven physicians serving the vibrant Princeton-Mercer regions. 30‑bed Level III NICU within a designated regional perinatal center
Average daily census of 13 patients
Approximately 3,700 deliveries annually and 400+ NICU admissions
Advanced therapies include:
High Frequency oscillatory ventilation (HFOV)
Inhaled nitric oxide
Therapeutic hypothermia
Flexible & Sustainable Scheduling
Combination of 24‑hour in‑house coverageand 10‑hour day shifts, with home call overnight
Built to support long‑term career satisfaction
Academic & Teaching Engagement
Opportunity to teach Family Practice and Ob/GYN residents, as well as observational students
