Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking Board Certified Neonatologists to join our collaborative and high-performing team on a per diem basis at Southeast Health and Flowers Hospital in Dothan, AL. Your Role at a Glance
Staffing Model: 2 Neonatologists and 3 NNPs
Flexible Scheduling: Pick up shifts when they work for you!
Facility Details:18-bed Level III NICU at Southeast Health and Level II NICU at Flowers Hospital
30 LDRP beds and 20-bed Newborn Nursery at Southeast Health
NICU ADC: 11 at Southeast Health and 2-3 at Flowers
Regional transport team staffed by RNs and RTs
Supportive Environment:Strong nursing and administrative leadership
Opportunities to collaborate with the Alabama College of Osteopathic Medicine

Ready to Make a Difference?
Active AL license or IMLC license preferred
Board Certification in Neonatology required
A minimum of 1-year post-fellowship clinical experience required
Recent Neonatologist experience required (within the past 12 months)
Pediatrix does cover your travel expenses (round trip flight/rental car or mileage and lodging) for those who reside outside a commutable distance from the practice.
We also cover your malpractice insurance for this W-2 per diem position.
