What You ll DoProvide advanced neonatal care for critically ill and premature newborns in a Level III NICU
Manage and support 1,400-1,500 NICU admissions annually
Collaborate with neonatologists, pediatric intensivists, and nursing staff to deliver evidence-based, individualized treatment plans
Support stabilization, treatment, and ongoing care for fragile infants
Engage in clinical decision-making within a multidisciplinary team
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and data collection efforts
Contribute to a growing, innovative neonatal program with emphasis on compassionate care
What You Need
Required:
Active Nurse Practitioner license in Georgia or ability to obtain
Pediatric or Neonatal Nurse Practitioner certification (or eligible)
BLS and NRP certifications
Prior experience in neonatal intensive care (preferred but not mandatory for new graduates)
Preferred:
Experience in high-acuity neonatal environments
Ability to work flexible 24-hour shifts
Strong teamwork and communication skills
