Schedule: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 24-hour shifts available, Sunday-Saturday
Patient Population: Neonates, from 22 weeks GA to 1 year
Location: Aurora, CO

Job Responsibilities Provide comprehensive care in a Level 4 NICU setting
Manage a patient assignment of 8-12 patients of mixed acuity
Attend and manage high-risk neonatal deliveries
Perform advanced procedures, including UAC/UVC and PICC placement, intubation, and chest tube insertion
Qualifications Active CO License (client willing to wait on CO license)
NCC or NCCPA Board Certifications
DEA, BLS, PALS, and NRP certifications
2 years of NICU Level 4 experience
Working Hours Rotating shifts, including days and nights, with opportunities for 24-hour shifts available
Skills Expertise in neonatal intensive care environments
Proficient in performing neonatal procedures such as ECMO, UAC/UVC, and PAL placement
Ability to care for neonates requiring tracheostomy and surgical interventions
Strong communication and teamwork skills, especially in high-pressure situations
