What You ll DoProvide high-quality care to neonates in a Level III NICU setting
Attend high-risk deliveries and stabilize newborns immediately postpartum
Care for healthy newborns in a family-centered nursery environment
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes
Support on-call coverage and emergency response protocols
Lead or participate in quality improvement initiatives in neonatal care
What You NeedActive Nurse Practitioner license in Georgia
Neonatal Intensive Care experience (preferred)
Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
Compassionate, team-oriented attitude
Ability to handle high-pressure situations effectively
