What You ll DoProvide neonatal care in Level II NICUs and newborn nurseries across four hospitals in Jacksonville
Attend deliveries (no transport responsibilities)
Function with high autonomy, supported by in-house neonatologists and on-call backup
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including neonatologists, pediatricians, and advanced practice providers
Participate in high-quality neonatal patient management and safety protocols
Contribute to a team-oriented, collegial environment
What You NeedActive Florida Nurse Practitioner license with Neonatal certification
Minimum 2+ years of neonatal care experience
Strong clinical skills in neonatal assessment and care
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
