What You ll Do
Provide direct neonatal care in a Level III NICU in collaboration with neonatologists and a multidisciplinary team
Participate in high-risk deliveries and perform advanced neonatal procedures
Engage in patient management, family education, and care planning
Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based practices
Support pediatric subspecialties such as surgery, cardiology, and neurology
Take part in mentorship programs, especially designed for new graduates
Maintain high standards of neonatal care through ongoing professional development
What You Need
Valid NNP (Neonatal Nurse Practitioner) Board Certification
2+ years of NNP experience preferred; open to new graduates
Strong clinical skills in neonatal critical care
Excellent teamwork, communication, and patient management skills
