Neonatologist Opening Carrollton, GA Located in Carrollton, GeorgiaFull-Time, Permanent Practice Overview Full-time Neonatologist opportunity in Carrollton, Georgia Join a collaborative, physician-led neonatal team serving a 10-bed Level III NICU Support approximately 1,000 annual births Provide care in both the NICU and a 20-bed newborn nursery Practice within a 3-Neonatologist staffing model with daily support from Neonatal Nurse Practitioners (NNPs) Perform daily NICU and newborn nursery rounds Manage critically ill and premature infants, including admissions, stabilization, and ongoing neonatal care Collaborate closely with experienced nursing staff, NNPs, and multidisciplinary care teams Participate in a home-call rotation for NICU coverage Benefit from daytime APP/NNP support that promotes schedule flexibility and work-life balance Practice in a modern, renovated facility committed to evidence-based neonatal care Visa sponsorship is not available Compensation & Recruitment Package Competitive base salary based on experience Annual performance bonus opportunity Sign-on bonus available Relocation assistance available Job Qualifications MD or DO Board Eligible or Board Certified in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine Completion of Neonatology fellowship training Georgia medical license or eligibility DEA registration required prior to start Neonatology experience required Clean malpractice and licensure history strongly preferred Visa sponsorship is not available Benefits Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance Life and disability insurance 401(k) retirement plan Employee Stock Purchase Program (ESPP) Health Savings Account (HSA) Healthcare and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) Voluntary supplemental benefit plans Employer-paid benefits on select plans Stable physician-led practice with strong institutional support Community DetailsCarrollton offers the charm of a welcoming small city with convenient access to metropolitan Atlanta.
