What You ll DoProvide expert clinical care to patients in a Level III NICU at the Siena Campus and a Level II NICU at San Martin Campus
Utilize advanced neonatal technologies such as body cooling, jet ventilation, oscillators, and inhaled nitric oxide
Collaborate with pediatric subspecialists, including pediatric surgery, maternal-fetal medicine, and OB hospitalists
Lead and participate in teaching initiatives and quality improvement projects
Work closely with a dedicated team of nurses and ancillary staff
Promote a healthy work/life balance through flexible scheduling
Engage in the vibrant Henderson community with excellent recreational opportunities
What You NeedValid medical license and certification in Neonatology
BC/BE in Neonatology
Prior experience working in a NICU environment preferred
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Commitment to high-quality patient care
