Millennium Medical Group is seeking a Neonatologist to join our growing practice at HCA Houston Healthcare Northwest in Houston, Texas. Become part of a collaborative team dedicated to delivering high-quality, evidence-based neonatal care.
Our physicians work closely with hospital staff and specialists to provide a patient-centered approach focused on the health and well-being of newborns and their families. This is an excellent opportunity for a compassionate and motivated provider who is passionate about making a meaningful impact in neonatal care.
Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive medical care to newborns in a Level III NICU, including premature and critically ill infants
Attend high-risk deliveries and perform neonatal resuscitation as indicated
Diagnose, treat, and manage a broad range of neonatal conditions
Perform neonatal procedures within scope of practice
Collaborate with pediatricians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary team members
Communicate effectively with families regarding clinical status and treatment plans
Document patient care accurately and in compliance with regulatory standards
Participate in shared call coverage and team-based responsibilities
Ideal Candidate
Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine
Strong clinical expertise in NICU care
Commitment to collaborative, team-based practice
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Dedication to high-quality, evidence-based medicine
