Neonatologist - Full-Time Opportunity Location: Kansas City
Position Overview Seeking Board Certified/Board Eligible Neonatologist Join a collaborative, highly specialized neonatal team Provide care across multiple facilities Clinical Scope Primary Site: Level-IIIB NICU (49 beds)Annual Volume: 450+ NICU admissionsAverage Daily Census: 30Patient Population: Critically ill neonates, including ELGAN (as early as 22 weeks) Advanced Therapies Inhaled nitric oxide (iNO)High-frequency oscillatory ventilation (HFOV)High-frequency jet ventilation (HFJV)Therapeutic hypothermia Additional Coverage 15-bed Level-IIIA NICUGrowing Level-II NICUWell-baby unitsRegional delivery services & neonatal coordination Team & Support Work alongside board-certified neonatologists & NNPs 24/7 in-house NNP support Telehealth-supported out-of-house coverageOpportunities for quality improvement (QI) and academic/clinical interests Schedule & Call Coverage: In-house NICU coverage (24/7 model)Weekends: Included as part of continuous coverageCall: Out-of-house support with telehealth + NNP backup Licensing & Certification Requirements Board Certification/Eligibility: Neonatology - Required Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary (based on experience; open to candidate expectations)Sign-on Bonus Relocation Assistance Full Benefits Package , including:Medical, Dental, VisionLife & Disability InsuranceFSA / HSA options401(k) + Employee Stock Purchase Program Additional voluntary benefits availableStrong focus on work-life balance & well-being RecruitWell's Core Values:
