Please ask about our generous referral fees!Permanent job openingSeeking a board certified or truly board eligible neonatologistJoin a growing practice at Lake Charles Regional Medical CenterBecome part of a collaborative, physician-led team dedicated to delivering high-quality, evidence-based neonatal careWork within a patient-centered model focused on the health and wellness of newborns and their familiesOpportunity Highlights:12-bed Level III NICUCollaborative two-neonatologist model24/7 in-house NNP coverageStrong interdisciplinary support and resources Responsibilities:Provide comprehensive care to newborns in a Level III NICU, including premature and critically ill infantsAttend high-risk deliveries and perform neonatal resuscitation as neededDiagnose, treat, and manage a broad range of neonatal conditionsPerform neonatal procedures within scope of practiceCollaborate with NNPs, pediatricians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary team membersCommunicate effectively with families regarding clinical status and treatment plansDocument patient care accurately and in compliance with regulatory standardsParticipate in shared call coverage and team-based responsibilities Ideal Candidate:Board certified or board eligible in Neonatal-Perinatal MedicineStrong clinical expertise in NICU careCommitment to collaborative, team-based practiceExcellent communication and leadership skillsDedication to evidence-based medicine Allow RecruitWell to set up a phone call with you and the client to discuss more!
