Millennium Medical Group Odessa Regional Medical Center Odessa, Texas Millennium Medical Group is seeking a Neonatologist to join our growing practice at Odessa Regional Medical Center in Odessa, Texas. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a collaborative, physician-led team dedicated to delivering high-quality, evidence-based care in a Level III NICU.
Our network of physicians and specialists works together to provide a patient-centered model focused on supporting the health and well-being of newborns and their families. We are seeking a compassionate and motivated provider who is passionate about neonatal medicine and committed to making a meaningful impact during the most critical stages of life.
Opportunity Highlights This position is based in a 49-bed Level III NICU with a collaborative two-neonatologist care model and 24/7 in-house coverage supported by NNPs. Providers will work alongside an experienced and highly skilled team in a physician-led environment focused on high-quality neonatal care. 10 working days a month.
Responsibilities The Neonatologist will provide comprehensive medical care to newborns in the Level III NICU, including premature and critically ill infants. Responsibilities include attending high-risk deliveries and performing neonatal resuscitation as indicated, diagnosing and managing a broad range of neonatal conditions, and performing neonatal procedures within scope of practice. The provider will collaborate closely with NNPs, pediatricians, nursing staff, and other interdisciplinary team members, communicate effectively with families regarding clinical status and treatment plans, maintain accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory standards, and participate in shared call coverage and team-based responsibilities.
Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate will be board-certified or board-eligible in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine and demonstrate strong clinical expertise in NICU care. Candidates should thrive in a collaborative, team-based environment, possess excellent communication and leadership skills, and be committed to delivering high-quality, evidence-based neonatal medicine.
