Pay & BenefitsHourly Pay Rate: $1.00 (set by job order, non-negotiable)
Competitive Salary Starting at: $265,000 annually, with annual increases
Bonuses: Monthly guaranteed bonus first year, year-end bonus eligibility

What You ll DoProvide coverage at two Level III NICUs: Mercy Hospital (43 beds, ADC 29) and Norman Regional Hospital (26 beds, ADC 14)
Offer neonatology services including HFOV, jet ventilation, and subspecialty support
Collaborate with a team of six neonatologists within a private practice model
Deliver high-quality care for neonates in a supportive environment
Participate in approximately 10 shifts per month, sharing responsibilities with experienced team members
Coordinate with hospital staff and subspecialists to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Engage in a community-oriented hospital setting that values work-life balance and professional growth
What You Need
Required:
Board Certification or Eligibility in Neonatology
Oklahoma Medical License (or ability to obtain)
Preferred:
Experience in Level III NICU settings is a plus but not mandatory
Strong communication skills and team collaboration ability
