Neonatology Opening - Waterloo, IowaLocation: Waterloo, IA Type: Full-Time, Permanent Specialty: Neonatology Opportunity to join a collaborative neonatal team providing specialized care in a Level III NICU environment.Position Highlights:Level III NICU with 10 bedsAverage daily census of 5-6 patientsCollaborative environment with an experienced NICU care teamOpportunity to participate in quality improvement initiatives and education programsSupportive multidisciplinary clinical settingResponsibilities:Provide specialized care for premature and critically ill newbornsCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomesEducate and support families and clinical staff on neonatal careCompensation & Benefits:Competitive salary: $346,920 annuallyBonus opportunities and moving allowanceComprehensive benefits packageCME allowance
