Build Your Nephrology Career in Oklahoma City
Join a well-established, physician-led nephrology practice serving patients throughout the Oklahoma City region. With 13 nephrologists and 3 advanced practice providers , this established group offers the resources and patient volume of a larger practice while maintaining a collaborative physician-led environment.
This opportunity is ideal for a nephrologist seeking excellent work-life balance, a highly manageable call schedule, competitive compensation, and a fast track to partnership .
Position Highlights
Full-spectrum nephrology practice with outpatient, hospital, and dialysis responsibilities
Established team of 13 physicians and 3 APPs
Practice supports 26 dialysis units and 10 hospitals
Six practice locations throughout the Oklahoma City area
Established home dialysis program
Vascular access center available
Partnership opportunity within 1 year
Medical directorship opportunities shared among partners
Potential joint venture buy-in opportunity after 30 months
Exceptional Call Schedule
Maximum of 2 weekday call shifts per month
Maximum of 1-2 weekend days per month
Highly manageable overall call burden
Broad clinical support from an experienced physician and APP team
Compensation & Benefits
$280,000 annual base salary + bonus opportunity
$10,000 relocation or signing bonus
Partnership opportunity after 1 year
Potential JV buy-in opportunity after 30 months

401(k) with 4% employer match after 1 year
5 CME days + $1,500 CME allowance
