With a large team of experienced nephrologists and advanced practice providers, this opportunity offers comprehensive clinical support, a diverse patient population, and the resources of an established practice while maintaining a collaborative culture.
Position Highlights
Full-spectrum nephrology practice with a strong, established patient base
Provide care across outpatient clinics, hospitals, and dialysis centers
In-center and growing home dialysis program
Transitional Care Unit
Practice supports 21 dialysis units and 12 hospitals
Five practice locations with sites generally within a manageable geographic area
Collaborative team of 16 physicians and 23 advanced practice providers
Partnership opportunity within 1 year
Medical directorship opportunities available
Vascular access center within the practice network
Strong Team & Clinical Support
23 physician extenders providing clinical support
Established home dialysis program
Dedicated support for CKD and ESRD patients
Strong dialysis infrastructure and care coordination
Opportunity to participate in a practice focused on comprehensive kidney care and long‑term patient outcomes
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive salary: $270,000-$330,000 annually , based on experience
Partnership opportunity after 1 year
