Nephrologist Opportunity

Specialty: Nephrology – open to experienced providers or new graduates (Board Certified or Board Eligible within 5 years of completing residency)
Position Location: Massena Hospital (Massena, NY) and/or Canton-Potsdam Hospital (Potsdam, NY)
Schedule: Flexible schedule to meet a 40 hour work week
Call Requirement: Continuity of care call and eConsult system needs
Practice Setting: Outpatient Nephrology practice
EMR: Epic
Team Structure: Collaboration with St. Lawrence Region Physicians and clinical support staff as well as other RRH System Physicians and providers

Compensation & Benefits
Competitive base salary with productivity incentives: Base salary range of $400,000-$425,000

Pay Summary The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for a successful full-time applicant. It may be modified in the future and may be eligible for additional pay components. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts. In addition to the base pay range, certain provider positions may be eligible for variable compensation in accordance with health system pay practices. This may include productivity and/or value-based clinical incentives, bonus compensation, or other forms of variable pay.
