Job description
A well-established, physician-led nephrology practice located in Southern California is seeking a full-time Board Certified or Board Eligible Nephrologist to join the team.
We are looking for a compassionate and motivated physician who values high-quality patient care, supportive colleagues, and the opportunity to build a long-term future within private practice. This position offers a broad mix of general nephrology care, a collaborative work environment, and a pathway for professional growth and partnership.
POSITION HIGHLIGHTS
Full-time General Nephrology position
Broad clinical mix including office-based nephrology, hospital consultations, and dialysis rounding
Shared call schedule
Collaborative team of experienced nephrologists and advanced practice providers
Strong patient and referral base
Opportunities to participate in clinical research

QUALIFICATIONS
MD or DO from an accredited medical school
Completion of an accredited Nephrology fellowship within the past five years
Board Certified in Nephrology, or Board Eligible for recent fellowship graduates with plans to complete board certification
Active, unrestricted California medical license required
Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
