Established nephrology practice in southwestern Arizona seeks a board-certified or board-eligible nephrologist to join its team. The group is physician-led with a long-standing presence and a robust referral base across the region.
The practice supports four full-time nephrologists and a fifth joining in 2026, with a balanced mix of office, hospital, and dialysis coverage and an equal shared call schedule. A long-term partnership track is offered with profit-sharing opportunities.
