Job description
Enterprise Medical is partnering with a well-established, thriving nephrology practice near Knoxville, Tennessee, that is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Internal Medicine Nephrologist to join the team following the retirement of a senior partner.
This is an outstanding opportunity to step into a busy practice with a built-in patient base, strong hospital support, and a clear partnership track.
Practice Highlights:
Currently 2 Physicians with a goal to grow to 3-4 Physicians
3 experienced Nurse Practitioners providing strong clinical support
Collegial, patient-centered culture with an excellent referral base
Coverage includes: 3 hospitals, multiple dialysis clinics, and 2 office locations
Call rotation: 1 in 3 Partnership track available after 1 year
Compensation and Benefits: MGMA-guided compensation model with RVU incentives
Relocation allowance 401(k) with up to 4% match + profit sharing
