Job description
Northwell Health in Danbury, CT seeks a Medical Practice Clinical Lead RN in the Nephrology department for a full-time, on-site role. You will coordinate staff and resources to optimize daily patient care and support providers through defined workflows.
Required are a nursing degree, an active RN license, 3 years of nursing experience, with BSN preferred. Role includes mentoring, KPI monitoring, schedule management and ongoing process improvement.
