Job description
Visionary Healthcare Partners in Houston seeks a full-time Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner to care for patients with acute and chronic kidney disease, working across office and hospital settings.
You will collaborate with nephrologists, develop treatment plans, educate patients, and document care, with a daytime schedule and no weekend coverage. Active Texas NP license or eligibility is required, nephrology experience preferred, bilingual English/Spanish encouraged.
