Nephrology Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) Location: New Windsor & Goshen, NY
Job Type: Full-Time
Experience: 2+ Years Nephrology Experience Required
A well-established healthcare organization is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide outpatient and inpatient nephrology care. This role includes clinic visits, hospital rounding, dialysis management, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality kidney care.
Responsibilities Manage patients with CKD, hypertension, electrolyte disorders, and other renal conditions
Perform inpatient consultations and hospital rounding
Conduct dialysis rounds and manage acute/chronic dialysis patients
Order and interpret diagnostic tests
Develop treatment plans and provide patient education
Maintain accurate documentation
Requirements Active New York NP or PA license
National certification and DEA license
Minimum 2 years of nephrology experience
Experience in both outpatient and inpatient settings
Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills
Preferred Dialysis and hospital rounding experience
EMR experience
BLS/ACLS certification
Compensation & Benefits $120,000 Base Salary + $5,000 Bonus
3 Weeks PTO
CME: 3 Days + $1,500 Allowance
