Job description
Fresenius Medical Care seeks an entry-level Outpatient RN CAP 1 to join our clinical advancement program. You will provide and coordinate nephrology care, assess patients, plan and implement interventions, and support the healthcare team in an outpatient dialysis setting.
You will participate in education, quality improvement, and decision-making while mentoring junior staff. This role requires a valid nursing license and CPR/BLS certification and involves travel to training sites as needed.
